目前 git oschina 只支持 ci 消息中这样的关联：
close|closes|closing|closed|fixed|fix|resolved #issueid ， 就可以关闭issue了
或者
comment #issueid comments ， 就可以评论issue了
能否像 gitlab 那样，支持的更加好一些？ gitlab 是这样的：
