The network can be divided into two parts, one is YOLOv3 and the other is Mask branch. Training: first train the YOLOv3 network, fine-tune tiny YOLOv3. Once the training is complete, train the entire network together. Mask-YOLOv3 can be easily switching backbone to satisfy the speed and precision trade-offs. It is more accurate to do instance segmentation in the boundary box obtained by yolov3 than to directly do instance segmentation on the whole image. ✅ data set (object detection and segmentation mark) ### Implement YOLOv3 by Keras.
