##  何謂「學習資源」？

以 [Bushnell's Law][3], "easy to begin, hard to master" 為基礎，目前對
「學習資源」的定義為：

> 對新手來說可以立刻開動，對老手來說不會一口吃光。

例如， Google, YouTube, Wikipedia 是可以稱為學習資源，但太籠統、太廣泛，
新手沒辦法自力更生去尋寶；而單一文章、影片也可以稱為學習資源，但太瑣碎、
太狹隘，老手可能一下子就看完。是故，儘可能地在兩者間取得平衡。


##  標籤說明

* `American English (美式英語)`:  美國式發音、用字。
* `beginner-friendly (適合新手)`: 語速中緩，發音準確，少罕見字，
  句型不複雜。
* `British English (英式英語)`: 英國式發音、用字。
* `listen (聽)`:  聽力、理解。
* `read (讀)`:  單字、閱讀。
* `schedule-easy (適合忙人)`: 獨立成篇，十分鐘左右能消化一遍。
* `speak (說)`: 會話、朗讀、發音。
* `write (寫)`: 寫作。
