#uploader
github上导下来的项目，结果是不能用的，重新调整后上传，可以正常跑起来。
不过无论是spring还是junit还是工具，版本太老了，尝试改造使用最新版本，但出现问题，有时间会继续。
后续想改造成restful风格接口，可以对外提供上传服务，有相同想法的请提交rp。
