   1. 统计描述，比如看看各个类别下的占比(看看样本在各类别下是否均衡）
   2. 搜集资料，寻找方法。暂时有两个角度，1.观点挖掘 2 .多标签的文本分类
   3. 每个二级类目实现一个分类器(朴素贝叶斯)
   4. 完成评价指标的计算
