# PostGISCompile

**项目概述**
- 面向 RHEL/CentOS/Rocky 8/9 的离线环境，提供 PostgreSQL/PostGIS 的编译安装与自动配置，以及一套无需 Grafana/Prometheus 的轻量监控与企业微信告警方案。

**注意事项**
- 建议监控账号授予 `pg_monitor` 并启用 TLS（`sslmode=require`）
- Windows 上 `pg_cron` 不支持后台工作进程，建议在 Linux 实例启用或使用替代方案
