UL重启方式

1. 找出所有的UL进程
   ps -ef|grep ul
2. 杀死进程
   kill -9 进程id 可以多个
3. 启动
    - cd /data/webroot/ul
    - nohup python ul.py > /dev/null 2>&1 &
    - nohup python ul_nb.py > /dev/null 2>&1 &
