5. Nonlocal release is a project for public display the nonlocal brittle material deformation and cracking. 
    It is developed on MEFM. 
    The excutable file is located in "/release"


6. Parameters in the main subroutine: 
    meshfile: the mesh you need provide for the solver

7. To get a visualization of the calculated results, 
    open glvis and the program will automatically link to glvis and plot the final content in glvix
    The space order and cputime will be display in the comandline,
