# 'moloc': multiple trait co-localization
# Repo for the R package moloc

## Synopsis

This package is an extension of 'coloc', a Bayesian method for co-localization across traits.
It uses association summary statistics (beta, SE) across any number of traits/outcomes to undertsand whether the same causal variant is driving all or some of the traits.
