【标题描述】执行rpmbuild -ba firebird.spec时，提示缺少编译依赖make，安装make后仍然编译失败
【环境信息】
软件信息：
1） OS版本及分支:openEuler-22.03-SP1
2） 内核信息:5.10.0-132.0.0.73.oe2203sp1

【问题复现步骤】
1、下载源码包
yumdownloader --source firebird
2、安装
rpm -i firebird-3.0.10.33601-1.oe2203sp1.src.rpm
3、编译
cd /root/rpmbuild/SPECS/
rpmbuild -ba firebird.spec

4、安装make后重新编译
yum install -y make
rpmbuild -ba firebird.spec

【预期结果】
1、不缺少编译依赖
2、编译成功
【实际结果】
缺少编译依赖make，安装make后仍然编译失败
