1.  导入项目，配置环境，jdk8，添加web依赖，在lib目录中导入所有下载好的pom依赖
2.  配置tomcat，本次测试通过的有：tomcat8.5，tomcat9.0
3.  启动tomcat，测试增删改查和配置
