Single attachment size can not exceed 100M (GVP project 200M), and the total attachment for each repository can not exceed 1G (Recommended project can't exceed 5G; GVP project cannot exceed 20G). Attachment total capacity statistics including repository attachments and release attachments.

That's why Windows installer is not available on Gitee.
