### 启动项目之前先启动mysql数据库 
### 根据数据库具体的用户名密码 修改wcl_nlp/settings 中的 DATABASES 参数
### 载数据库中创建相关数据库


### 生成数据库表
python manage.py makemigrations
python manage.py migrate

### 收集静态资源
python manage.py collectstatic

### 通过pycharm 创建虚拟环境 激活虚拟环境后
### 命令行中执行 pip install -r requirements.txt 下载所有依赖项

### 通过pycharm 运行后端项目
