1、ems数据库中teacher表中更新了department列,jobnumber列,wechat列
对应前端的所属部门、员工工号、手机号码。
2、开发teacherMsg接口用于使用教师ID修改教师信息

1.【新增】接口/api/admin/addteacher，其中注意处理一些问题，例如是否存在，是否已存在

4.再写get接口是注意一些数据需要提前校验，例如查询一场考试的是否有这个考生，先查询是否存在这个考生，
虽然不查也可以，但是严谨些。
