DataBuffer tool

Overview
--------
DataBuffer is an ArcGIS .Net tool to buffer and, optionally, consolidate records from one or more GIS layers and merge the results into a single output GIS layer. The output files can be created as ESRI Geodatabase (.gdb) files or ESRI Shapefile (.shp) files.

Requirements
------------
The DataBuffer tool requires the following:

 - ArcMap Desktop 10.1 or higher
