This is a copy of https://github.com/ljessendk/CanFestival 

Now it works on Linux and STM32 F4, please use develop branch.

My purpose is:
 1. Make it work on linux (Using CMake, finished)
 2. Make it work on STM32F4xx (on going)

Small change: in drivers folder, cm0 and cm3 is soft link to cm4, I delete cm0 and cm3, copy 2 cm4 folders and rename them to cm0 and cm3. This is convenient at Windows.
