## 发送飞书通知

使用maven install 打包成jar

#### 使用jar
> 1.在pom里面导入(已上传阿里云仓库)
 ```xml
            <dependency>
                <groupId>com.wsj.cm</groupId>
                <artifactId>notice</artifactId>
                <version>2.0.0</version>
            </dependency>
 ```
> 2.在启动类上添加
```java
    @EnableNotice
```
> 3.实现NoticeUserName接口

> 4.yml配置
