峰谷平时间定于如下：(时)

峰值时间 10-12, 14-17, (10, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, 17); 

平值时间 7-9, 13, 18-20, (7, 8, 9, 13, 18, 19, 20);

谷值时间 1-6, 21-24, (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 21, 22, 23, 24).
