core-js/modules/es.error.cause.js in ./node_modules/@babel/runtime/helpers/createForOfIteratorHelper.js, ./src/directive/permission/hasPermi.js and 5 others
1、先删除 node_modules 依赖
npm rm -rf node_modules

2、首先安装 报错的插件
npm install --save core-js
3、最后再 npm install 或者 yarn install
npm install
yarn install
4、最后 npm run dev 运行启动
npm run dev
