先执行 `yarn build:react`

再执行 `yarn start` 或者 `yarn build`

曾经为民生前端搭建(现开源工程中 绝不包含其业务逻辑!!!!) -- 在[项目前身](https://gitee.com/yangchunlei/ycl)的基础上优化webpack

离职后, 该项目添加prettier, eslint, redux, material-ui... 后台也切换至自建nodejs服务
