copy "host" folder/directory from  UMSD_Debug_Tool_v7.0.0 to UMSD_v7.0.0 folder/directory.
 cd UMSD_v7.0.0 
 chmod 777 setenv
 source setenv
 make
 cd host/linux
 make
 UMSD_MCLI application be created in UMSD_v7.0.0/host/linux folder/directory
