Open source for windows serial tool
1. serial output to console directly.
    1.1 remember the port and baud in system registry.
    1.2 ctrl+x , shortcut of commands:
            1.2.1 ctrl+x , q exit serial program.
            1.2.1 ctrl+x , b switch baud between 115200 and 921600.
            1.2.1 ctrl+x , p select port from serial list to open.
        
2. rute the serial to remote host(Linux). going to finish.
