Galaxy tools developed at the Earlham Institute

This repository contains a variety of different [Galaxy](https://galaxyproject.org/) tools, workflows and visualisations developed and maintained at the [Earlham Institute](http://earlham.ac.uk).

Many tools are already available on the [Galaxy Tool Shed](https://toolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu/).
