# RCD.GPscore
 An R package for calculation of regulated cell death gene pair risk score (RCD.GPscore)
 We incorporated RCD gene pair risk score algorithm into an open-source R package, named RCD.GPscore,
 to predict the overall time.This score had been shown to correlate strongly with tumor malignant progression.
 If you use this algorithm, please cite this R package.
