### 如何复现

TouchSocket.SerialPorts 3.1.16
问题是偶发的，不确定什么情况会出现。
周期性调用 waitClient.SendThenResponseAsync  超时时间3000

不确定

### 实际结果

软件运行中会闪退。异常信息是系统的日志内提取的。
