device plugin组件问题

关于device plugin组件有个问题请教一下：
    Dockerfile基础镜像是ubuntu:18.04，但是生成的device-plugin-310P-v6.0.0.yaml，apply之后报错

修改基础镜像为ubuntu:21.10之后，又有报错
