atlas800-3000中推理报错ret=507011，日志显示can not find aicpu packages

一、问题现象（附截图）：
在atlas800-3000中，按照https://support.huaweicloud.com/instg-cli-cann/atlascli_03_0009.html，安装并配置好A300-3000-3010-npu-driver_20.2.0_ubuntu18.04-aarch64.run。并安装和配置好Ascend-cann-nnrt_20.2.rc1_linux-aarch64.run和Ascend-cann-toolbox_20.2.rc1_linux-aarch64.run后，运行从ascend200dk（cann20.1，在200dk可以运行）上复制过来的推理脚本后报错。

初步分析：
日志显示can not find aicpu packages。。。check aicpu opkernel success，是不是环境没安装配置好。
