[西安AICC]pytorch框架无法使用torchvision.ops包

一、问题现象（附报错日志上下文）：
想使用torchvision.ops.RoiAlign，报错PyTorch and torchvision versions are incompatible

二、软件版本:
-- CANN 版本:  6.3.2
--Pytorch 版本: 1.11.0
--Python 版本 :3.7
--操作系统版本 :EulerOS 2.8 (V2R8)
Modelarts pytorch_1.11.0-cann_6.3.2-py_3.7-euler_2.8.3-aarch64-d910镜像

三、测试步骤：
比如运行如下代码：

import torchvision.ops as ops

# 和一批两个图像，每个图像有两个ROI
# 感兴趣区域 (ROI) 表示为 [batch_index, x1, y1, x2, y2] 的形式
