鸿能达 Q3 对讲机，没有写频软件

### 重现步骤

该厂家目前只提供 Windows 软件 Q3-408.exe
厂家回复，K 头写频数据线是通用的，但是写频软件，每个厂家不一样。

使用 K 头写频线 USB 接入后，能够到串口：
