达梦DM数据库，条件查询失败，字段类型为text，longvarchar等类型

### 当前使用版本(必填,否则不予处理)
mybatis-plus-boot-starter.version 3.5.1
达梦数据库DM8
驱动DmJdbcDriver18

### 该问题是如何引起的？(确定最新版也有问题再提!!!)
达梦数据库，进行where条件查询，字段类型为text，longvarchar等，查询失败，报错信息如下：
期望实现： `select * from "test"."t_user" where name = 'adminvv'`

### 重现步骤(如果有就写完整)
达梦数据库表结构

查询语句：
