Professional Subscription Service Terms and Automatic Renewal Terms

Welcome to use our professional subscription service. You should read and comply with the "Professional Subscription Service Terms" (referred to as "this Agreement" below). Your use of the service constitutes your acceptance of this Agreement and your agreement to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Contents of Subscription Service

After activating the professional subscription, you can use all the advanced features of the professional edition and be exempted from all advertisements during the service period.

(1) Monthly subscription, quarterly subscription, and yearly subscription are automatic renewal services. (2) The prices for the above products are based on the actual prices, and the purchase prices of the above products will be charged in your local currency according to the current exchange rate defined by iTunes. Payment will be deducted from your iTunes account when you confirm the purchase.

(2) Monthly subscription, quarterly subscription, and yearly subscription services

1. If you activate a monthly, quarterly or yearly subscription, it is deemed that you authorize the PureLibro to deduct the professional subscription fee for the next billing cycle from your iTunes account (referred to as "account") when your subscription service is about to expire. The deduction will occur within 24 hours before the billing cycle. If the deduction fails due to insufficient account balance, PureLibro has the right to suspend or terminate your professional subscription service without further notice.
2. Regarding canceling the automatic renewal service that has been activated, go to "Settings" on your iOS device → "iTunes Store and App Store" → select "Apple ID" → click "View Apple ID" → on the account settings page click "Subscriptions" → cancel the subscription.

2. Paid Services

1. You understand and agree that the professional subscription service is a paid service, and after activating the professional subscription function, the paid fees cannot be refunded.
2. PureLibro has the right to adjust the service according to user needs, changes in product and service content, to constantly improve and optimize the service.
