### 描述你的问题
**ef写入重复的数据后**
三种情况：
1. SpareTime.DoIt(async () =>{  
await Scoped.Create(async (fac, scope) => {  await ef写入重复的数据 });
});  时，正常返回200，异常可以被全局异常处理截获并写日志，程序会终止。

2. 直接：ef写入重复的数据
时，返回500，不能在对象“dbo.Orders”中插入重复键，异常可以被全局异常处理截获并写日志

3. SpareTime.DoIt(() =>{  
  Scoped.Create(async (fac, scope) => {  await ef写入重复的数据 });
});  时，正常返回200，异常可以被全局异常处理截获并写日志，程序正常运行。

第三种情况可以达到期望的效果，
请问：
第一种情况是框架bug么？亦或是我的 SpareTime.DoIt(async () =>{});用的不对，应该怎么用？
