关于在LogMessage中提供客户端端口的建议

### 如何复现

我昨天那个Issue已完结无法继续，这里另起一个。在NAT环境中溯源需要三个参数：时间、IP、端口。比如网安去运营商溯源，只提供时间和IP运营商是找不到人的，因为现在宽带拨号后获取的都是NAT后的私网地址，几十个用户共用一个公网IP，如果只提供IP就不能确定是如个用户，所以我希望在日志中记录时间、IP和端口。这里的IP和端口是指用户访问Web系统时TCP连接中的源IP和源端口，也就是context.Connection.RemoteIpAddress和context.Connection.RemotePort，现在LogMessage已经提供了context.Connection.RemoteIpAddress，也就是字段remoteIPv4，但没有提供RemotePort。在IDatabaseLoggingWriter中我无法通过注入IHttpContextAccessor来获取context.Connection.RemotePort，拿到的IHttpContextAccessor是null。我现在的方法是通过中间件来处理，自己加上，但是我觉得这个方法不大好，因为LogMessage已经有remoteIPV4了，再加一个remotePort就是加个字段的情事，要简单得多。我现在的解决方案是这样的
