bind对象为chain时，chain的定义顺序影响了bind数据的获取

bind对象是chain时，chain的定义顺序会影响到bind数据的获取结果，例如：flow1_chainA放在末尾，与flow2_chainA放在首位时，nodeA获取到bind数据大不一样。
如果在再叠加上使用DB数据源配置、并且部分刷新chain时，获取的bind数据更加错乱了。

文件配置的示例：

    <chain name="flow1_chain1">
        THEN(
            flow1_chainA.bind("source", "direct_bind"),
            nodeB.bind("source", "direct_bind"),
            flow1_chainC_inner_bind.bind("source", "direct_bind")
        )
        .bind("source", "expression_bind");
    </chain>

<chain name="flow1_chainA">
        THEN(nodeA);
    </chain>
```
nodeA的bind数据：null

    <chain name="flow3_chainA">
        THEN(nodeA);
    </chain>
