GPL/GPLv2 modules without source

In this repo you are shipping modules 
vc_mipi_imx327.ko
bcm2835-unicam.ko
imx327-i2c.ko
Within the module all declare their licence as being GPL (imx327-i2c) or GPLv2.

As per the licence (https://opensource.org/licenses/GPL-2.0) term 3.

> 3. You may copy and distribute the Program (or a work based on it, under Section 2) in object code or executable form under the terms of Sections 1 and 2 above provided that you also do one of the following:
> 
>     a) Accompany it with the complete corresponding machine-readable source code, which must be distributed under the terms of Sections 1 and 2 above on a medium customarily used for software interchange; or,
> 
>     b) Accompany it with a written offer, valid for at least three years, to give any third party, for a charge no more than your cost of physically performing source distribution, a complete machine-readable copy of the corresponding source code, to be distributed under the terms of Sections 1 and 2 above on a medium customarily used for software interchange; or,
> 
>     c) Accompany it with the information you received as to the offer to distribute corresponding source code. (This alternative is allowed only for noncommercial distribution and only if you received the program in object code or executable form with such an offer, in accord with Subsection b above.)

Please confirm you are complying with these terms, and provide information on where I can obtain the corresponding source code.

You may choose to relicence vc_mipi_imx327 and imx327-i2c under an alternate licence, however that may limit the Linux kernel calls you can make.
You do not hold the copyright on bcm2835-unicam to make the choice to relicence it - that would be up to the author (me) or Raspberry Pi (Trading) Ltd (my employer).

Please note that we are happy to work with third parties on supporting additional sensors.
IMX327 (and the related IMX290) is supported in the Raspberry Pi kernel branches, and we are open to patches improving the driver from anyone. Likewise for improvements to bcm2835-unicam.
If the drivers are merged there then we also undertake to keep them working over any kernel API or device tree changes.
