Issues in the expl3 code detected with explcheck

Dear @nangeng,

I am writing as a developer of [_expltools_](https://ctan.org/pkg/expltools), which includes the static analysis tool *explcheck* for the expl3 programming language.

In February, we launched a [public website](https://koppor.github.io/explcheck-issues/) that aggregates all issues detected in the current TeX Live distribution by _explcheck_. According to our report, chinesechess currently triggers at least [6 errors and 50 warnings][1].

Specifically, an undefined message `cchess / file-not-found` is used in the file `chinesechess.sty`.

I wanted to bring these issues to your attention in case you wanted to fix them or even [use *explcheck* in your development process][2]. Please, let me know if you wanted my feedback on any of these issues or provide your own feedback.
