【分析过程】
不是问题，此处setExplicitLogicalSize接口和setLogicalSize接口在/usr/include/KF5/KScreen/kscreen/output.h文件中；
libkscreen-qt5 5.20.90版本中支持setLogicalSize接口
libkscreen-qt5 5.24以及以上版本支持setExplicitLogicalSize接口，setLogicalSize接口废弃

在22.03-LTS分支libkscreen-qt5 后期做过了升级，由5.20.90版本升级到 5.24版本，因此ukui-settings-daemon也做了对应修改

【验证】
1.目前libkscreen-qt5版本是否是5.24 ，应该还是5.20.90版本，可以升级到5.24.0之后来验证此问题

不认可非问题的结论
目前22.03-LTS环境libkscreen-qt5的最高版本就是5.20.90-1，没有5.24版本；如果ukui-settings-daemon编译依赖libkscreen-qt>5.20.90，请加上约束，缺少高版本的包也得一同引入

已采用上述方法，编译依赖libkscreen-qt>5.20.90，已加上约束，libkscreen-qt5升级版本PR也已关联此issue
