安装完secGear相关rpm包后，cmake报错

安装完secGear相关rpm包后，进行cmake会报错

问题1：
# cmake -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Debug -DCC_SGX=ON -DSGXSDK=/opt/intel/sgxsdk/ ..
