【22.09-ax86】验证全量卸载过程中，卸载NetworkManager-bluetooth时卸载了NetworkManager，导致虚拟机无法ssh连接

问题描述：验证全量卸载过程中，由于卸载NetworkManager-bluetooth时卸载了NetworkManager，导致虚拟机无法ssh连接，请排查卸载NetworkManager后是否会导致无法用ssh连接虚拟机

环境：22.09的x86虚拟机

复现步骤：
1、yum install NetworkManager-bluetooth
2、yum remove NetworkManager-bluetooth（会同时卸载NetworkManager）
3、NetworkManager被卸载后是否可用ssh连接虚拟机
