【22.09 RC1】【arm/x86】skylark安装时有异常告警，并且无法成功卸载

【环境信息】
软件信息：
1） OS版本及分支:openEuler 22.09
2）内核信息:5.10.0-106.2.0.56.oe2209.aarch64 5.10.0-106.2.0.56.oe2209.x86_64

【操作步骤】
1、yum install skylark

2、yum remove skylark

【预期结果】安装卸载正常

【实际结果】安装时有异常告警，并且卸载也不能成功
