【22.03_LTS_SP1_RC1】【x86/arm】aops前端页面,设置repo页面“任务名称”检验无效

系统：x86_64/aarch64虚拟机
软件信息：
1） OS版本及分支:openEuler 22.03 lts sp1 round1
2) repo:http://...../repo_list/dailybuild.repo/openEuler-22.03-LTS-SP1/openEuler-22.03-LTS-SP1/EPOL/main
3）内核信息:Linux openEuler 5.10.0-126.0.0.66.oe2203sp1.x86_64
4）发现问题的组件版本信息:
aops-apollo-v1.1.0-1.oe2203.x86_64.rpm、aops-ceres-v1.1.0-1.oe2203.x86_64.rpm、aops-hermes-v1.1.0-2.oe2203.x86_64.rpm、aops-tools-v1.1.0-1.oe2203.x86_64.rpm、aops-vulcanus-v1.1.0-1.oe2203.x86_64.rpm、aops-zeus-v1.1.0-1.oe2203.x86_64.rpm

【问题复现步骤】

根据指导文档安装环境并启动服务
漏洞管理>主机管理>设置REPO
输入任务名称超过50个字符
输入其他有效字段，点击创建

出现概率(必现)
【预期结果】
3. 提示任务名称不超过50个字符
4. 创建失败，给说明确的错误原因
【实际结果】
3. 显示输入正常，无报错
4. 创建失败，报错参数错误
