Upgrade to latest release [gtk2: 2.24.33 2020/12/20 -> 4.11.4 2023/07/03]

We found the latest version of gtk2 is 4.11.4 release at 2023/07/03, which url is https://github.com/GNOME/gtk.git, while the current version in openEuler mainline is 2.24.33 release at 2020/12/20.

Please consider upgrading.
