**【标题描述】** 在虚拟机中创建转测版本docker，安装selinux-policy（默认未安装），selinux状态由Disabled变为Permissive **【环境信息】** 软件信息 - OS版本及分支信息：openEuler 20.03 (LTS-SP1) - 内核信息：4.19.90-2109.1.0.0108.oe1 - 发现问题的组件版本信息：selinux-policy-3.14.2-81 镜像信息：http://xx/repo.openeuler.org//openEuler-20.03-LTS-SP1/docker_img/update_20230906/ **【问题复现步骤】** １、使用转测镜像创建容器 ２、在容器中执行如下操作： getenforce dnf install -y selinux-policy getenforce **【预期结果】** 安装前后selinux状态不变 **【实际结果】** 安装前后selinux状态不一致，如下图所示：   **【其他相关附件信息】** 比如系统message日志/组件日志、dump信息、图片等
