版本信息中显示有LTS-Next

问题原因：22.03-LTS-Sp3是从22.03-LTS-Next拉取的分支，拉取分支的时候未更做更改导致
解决办法：修改generic_patch_level_extend的值为SP3
pr：!151:Modify generic_patch_level_extend
请在openEuler-release-22.03LTS_SP3-56版本进行验收
rc1版本上已解决
