【24.03 LTS】软件包选型

qemu的Maintainers:

openEuler 24.03 LTS是基于6.6内核的长周期LTS版本，面向服务器、云、边缘计算、AI和嵌入式场景，提供更多新特性和功能，给开发者和用户带来全新的体验，服务更多的领域和更多的用户，将于5月底正式发布。

现启动版本软件包选型阶段，邀请各sig maintainer和社区开发者共同参与到选型工作中来。

除最小集核心包的版本已选型确定外，请各位Maintainer和Committer，基于软件包的生命周期、兼容性、稳定性以及与内核、编译器等相关联的配套情况进行考察和验证，并在sig组例会中进行充分讨论和评审后，自主确定选型并将选型结果公示在各sig组中。

请sig组于2024/3/11（master 拉取24.03 LTS Next及24.03 LTS分支）之前完成选型工作。
