回合下述社区补丁

mm/page_alloc: always attempt to allocate at least one page during bulk allocation
mm/madvise: fix potential pte_unmap_unlock pte error

补丁1：
在进行批量申请的时候，至少申请一个页面，已解决潜在的 xfs 问题
补丁2：
pte_offset_map_lock可能会返回不相同的orig_pte值。通过重新获取orig_pte防止pte_unmap_unlock取消映射旧的pte。
