卸载cpu_inspect.ko时引起机器崩溃

**【问题复现步骤】**，先调用sentryctl start cpu_sentry命令启动cpu巡检任务，确认cpu巡检任务开始后，调用sentryctl stop cpu_sentry命令提前中断任务，结束cpu巡检，然后rmmod cpu_inspect.ko
**【实际结果】**，执行rmmod命令的时候机器崩溃退出
