### 发生了什么问题？ 联系人应用英文下电话TAB"Telephone"单词换行显示 ### 期望行为是什么？ 联系人应用界面不存在截断（长度、高度截断）、打点截断、重叠、单词内换行,以及字串显示乱码等问题 ### 如何复现该缺陷 【环境信息】: 网络环境 硬件开发板型号 RK3568 软件版本信息或tag节点 dayu200: http://download.ci.openharmony.cn/version/Release_Version/OpenHarmony-3.2.13.5/20230615_194133/version-Release_Version-OpenHarmony-3.2.13.5-20230615_194133-dayu200.tar.gz 测试环境 其他 【预置条件】: 烧写版本 【测试步骤】： 1.进入 设置-系统-语言设置 切换语言为英文 2.返回桌面 3.进入联系人应用，观察界面显示是否正常 【预期结果】： 3.联系人应用界面不存在截断（长度、高度截断）、打点截断、重叠、单词内换行,以及字串显示乱码等问题 【实际结果】： 3.联系人应用英文下电话TAB页"Telephone"单词换行显示 【恢复手段】： 无 【出现概率】：问题出现次数/实际测试次数 5/5 ### 其他补充信息 ### 版本或分支信息 - [ ] master - [x] Release 3.2 - [ ] Release 3.1 - [ ] Release 3.0
