src/hotspot/share/runtime/objectMonitor.cpp包下的这两参数，这是不同操作系统，编译后设置的值不一样嘛，我看notify和notifyAll中有policy = Knob_MoveNotifyee， policy=1，2、3值，走了不同分支，在执行exit方法Knob_QMode =2，3，4等情况也是走了不同分支，想知道这些值，是根据不同操作系统，编译时候会赋值不一样的嘛
