合规SIG需要拟定贡献者指南，明确maintainer的责任，帮助合规SIG的工作改进。同时，也希望活跃的贡献者能成为社区maintainer，帮助SIG做的更好，因此，初步拟定了一个[maintain治理规则](https://gitee.com/smartsyoung/compliance/blob/rule/GOVERNANCE.md)，希望大家能加入讨论。 ---- The compliance SIG needs to draw up guidelines for contributors, clarify the responsibilities of the maintainer, and help improve the work of the compliance SIG. At the same time, I also hope that active contributors can become community maintainers and help SIG do better. Therefore, a [maintain governance rule](https://gitee.com/smartsyoung/compliance/blob/rule/GOVERNANCE.en.md) was initially drafted, I hope everyone can join the discussion.
